Configuration Editor - products

You can divide your products into nine hundred and ninety nine different categories for analysis and reporting purposes. The categories you set up are available in the Product Record window.


To set up product categories and labels

  1. Select the required product category > Edit.
  2. Enter the name for your product category > OK.

  3. Enter the required information in the Product Category and Custom Fields.
  4. To save your changes, use:

    Apply - to apply changes to the company but not change the template.

    Save As - to apply changes to the company and save changes to the template in a different location on your computer; perhaps to create a template.

    Save - to apply changes to the company and the template (.xml file) listed in the Filename box.
